Jobs probably still hasn't updated his iPhone to 3.1.3 probably because it is Jailbroken, and he didn't want to bother reinstalling all of his apps again because of being busy with the iPad launch.

...on another note, I can't freaking wait to get my iPad in my hands...These last few days have been going SO SLOW!
