How can I remove the 'Sent from my iPad' message from my emails?

This message is called your email signature, and can be edited to something else or removed entirely. Here's how:

1. Open Settings from your iPad home screen
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendar
3. Scroll down till you see Signature and select it
4. edit your signature to the text of your choosing
