How can I turn on caps lock on the iPad keyboard?

Looking to capitalize a whole word without touching the shift button between every letter? There's a caps lock feature on the iPad but Apple has it switched off by default. To turn on the caps lock option:

Touch Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Enable Caps Lock -> ON

Now when you tap the shift button (up arrow at the left or right side of the screen) on the keyboard it will act as a normal shift and make only the next letter typed capital. For caps lock, double tap the shift button and it will turn blue. All letters you type will be caps until you turn off caps lock by tapping the shift button again.
