Will the iOS 5 Siri assistant work on iPad / iPad 2?

Siri will only work on the iPhone 4S.

Apple has integrated a voice assistant into iOS 5, and although the iPad and iPad 2 can be updated to iOS 5 the voice assistant will not be included on these devices. Siri will be a feature exclusive to the iPhone 4S only.
