Help for get rid of Dataplan

During a USA-trip in July I subscribe to a dataplan with ATT.
Unfortunately I didn't annulled the plan before leaving the States in August.
From Belgium I cannot do this anymore and ATT keeps on charging.
E-mailing has no result. The guys won't answer.
How in heavens name do I get rid of this plan? Who can help me out?

I was informed that they detected it in both of the last 2 months !! I can say with 100% certainty that i have not tethered ever not even for a second during these last 2 months. I was than informed that if i wished to take legal action they welcomed it and were prepared for such blow back.I doubt the iPhone 5 will support 4G LTE, since Apple rarely is on the cutting edge in terms of the components it uses in its products. The new 4G LTE phones are still having battery life issues.
