Anyone got one of them cases on the website iPad

I bought one as i first got my iPad2 and at first thought it was quite good, but now I am not saying so sure, a few things i am finding could be that the lid will not fit properly when closed and since I will be walking on carrying the iPad all I'm able to hear could it be clicking into and from sleep mode since the front flap is just not fitting properly when closed.
Is that this a known issue with these cases. Or do you just have a duff one.
Should they be all in this way would it be fixed, otherwise is there a smart choice for a case that may protect to back along with the front.
