I had a big app (hidden object game) that I paid for but wouldn't download into iPad, so I went into iTunes on my mac and checked my account. It was there so I downloaded it into iTunes (on my computer). I thought it would transfer next time I plugged in my ipad but it won't.
I go into iTunes, click on my iPad under Devices, then click on the Apps tab, on the right is a pic of my iPads screen and in the centre is a panel titled Sync Apps and the app I want is there but it's all grayed out - I cannot tick in the box beside it.
Any help as to how to transfer it please?
