I have had my iPad 1 since last June & have had my 3 email addresses entered (Gmail, Hotmail & Consolidated) & working just fine. A couple of weeks ago without any changes, when I clicked on my Consolidated account to view new emails, it crashes the whole app but not with the other 2. They are working perfectly. I have talked with both AppleCare & Consolidated. Neither one has been any help. I have deleted the entry & put all the info back in several times but it didn't fix the problem. I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this & if it can be solved? It's frustrating to have to check my Consolidated emails via Safari. I have been spoiled....

Hello Blaster67,

I'd face similar problem in the past with my yahoo mail account and it was fixed by

- open the yahoo email in PC and delete any email with large attachments, failure delivery notices
- Delete and establish yahoo account in ipad again.

I hope this will work for you as well.

I have never had such a problem with my Ipad as of yet, but I think it would bring a lot of stress if it would ever happen. I am glad I have seen the solution to this problem posted by the other scratch cards reader.
