Steve Jobs said that "virtually" all the apps on the iPhone will be on the iPad. What's left out?

During the keynote, Steve Jobs said that "virtually" all the apps from the the app store that is available for iPhone will be available on the iPad. Some apps are left out, but which ones are they?

I'm guessing the one's that have to do with voice calling would be left out, for one thing.

Other than that, probably not all that much.
