Problem downloading podcasts

I'm a newbie; learning as I go. I chose 15 podcasts from iTunes to download. One of them downloaded, but the other 14 all say either "waiting..." or "processing" & there is no activity in the bands that show download progress. Anyone have a clue? I got a msg. that I only have 19% of my 2G data allotment remaining; could that be it? The download screen just seems to be frozen, & in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen the downloads icon has a red circle superimposed over it indicating my 14 downloads that just keeps flashing. HELP me, please & thank you. jmever
