I study and take online courses on My iPad. It works great. In class, I can research study material while the instructor gives the lesson.I use the Dictation App to take notes in class also. There are all types of Apps that are helpful to students of any kind. I study Electronics and I have the iCircuit App. This App is very useful for anyone in the electronics or electrical fields. The iPad is more than ready for class!!!
Yup, there are many schools are getting iPads for studying, and I study and take online courses with the iPad sometimes.
Back, what's you want to know about studies on the iPad?
I'm using mine for business in particular, diary management, note taking, carrying PDF and policy documents rather than folders to meetings. Couldnt be better. Far and away better than my netbook I used to use, its snappy to open and close programs and very quick to get started at meetings due to no loading times.
Would have no doubt that for a student it would be the same and if I were still at university I would have gotten one for the same features no question. I keep a bluetooth keyboard at my desk in case I need longer typing such as media releases but find the onscreen keyboard more than sufficient.
its great to use it and have fun..
thanks......
I am writing a book in Words on my Mac. I also have an iPad that I'd like to use as well. How do I go back and forth between the two the easiest - so I don't have to convert the entire text every time I change device? Can I save what I'm doing on Pages (iPad) directly into a Microsoft Word file? And if so, how?
There are lot of student are using the iPad.Recently I’ve been noodling on the fact that things are changing so fast and the fact that younger and younger children are becoming familiar with, and using, iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches on a regular basis.iPads are all the rage in education. I have my iPad and iTouch too, but after several months of exploration, I’m not convinced they’re the right device for education...at least when it comes to secondary education.
