app locked

i got the app xsysinfo from cydia in the settings i set it to deep clean next thing i see it comes back u are using an illeagle copy app is now locked go to appstore to download i deleated it redownloaded and same thing right away how can i get past thiss and get back to using it i clearded the cookies cash in settings under safari but no good
