Found some very nice wallpapers from http://ipadwallpapergallery.com/. All the wallpapers also seem to be in 1024 x 1024 resolution so they are rotation ready.

This iPad wallpaper pack for example is amazing.

Hi usachecks, I don't think iPad 3 has been rolled out in the market. :) For now, it's just a rumor circulating on the internet.
