NO, iPad won't get flash support, that's impossible forever, as Steven Jobs hates flash, and now HTML 5 become popular too, many site are support it! Hmm, just read this article "On Apple's iPad, HTML5 and Flash" in iFunia iPad column, said that though the HTML5 won't replace Flash, but it can change users custom.

I think everything that today is currently done with Java, Flash, and possibly even native apps looks will get ported over to HTML 5 applications. There are many web apps out there like that, that let you draw and even create music.
