iPad 2 upgrade for cloud

Hi, I love the ipad2 plugged my iPad into the mini Mac to upgrade to cloud.
The mini Mac upgraded but the iPad did not went to settings still on 4.3.5 (8L1)
Plugged the iPhone 4 in hit update And it did not load the new version still on 4.3.5 (8L1)
Do I have to wait for this to cycle for a time before other devices the iPhone and iPad will take the new upgrade
