Why not? Looks like it would be perfectly comfortable to me.
The edges might dig into your hands when your finger curls around it during long gameplay. If it's made of rubber, then it might be okay. From the picture, I couldn't really tell.
I agree... if it's cheap plastic it looks like holding it for more than a few minutes would suck. Playing a game you're probably going to grip it pretty hard too
