What is the price / cost of the iPad 2?

Update: The iPad 2 is now $399 for the 16GB Wi-Fi model and $529 for the 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G model. It is available from Apple.com and other Apple retailers such as Walmart.

The pricing for the iPad 2 models mimics that of the original iPad.
