Apple Music will launch on June, 30, 2015 as part of iOS 8.4. The new service will allow users to access Apple's entire music library for $9.99 per month for a single user. Apple will also offer a family plan for $14.99 per month for up to 6 people. The first 3 months of the service is free when you sign up.
