The iPad Pro will begin shipping in the first week of November, according to MacOtakara. Citing "reliable Chinese sources," the Japanese blog claims Apple's 12.9-inch tablet will launch around the same time as Microsoft's Surface Pro 4 tablet. Microsoft is expected to announce the Surface Pro 4 today at its New York City press event.
The iPad Pro will be available starting at $799 for the 32GB Wi-Fi model. It is equipped a12.9-inch LED-backlit widescreen Multi-Touch display with 2732-by-2048 resolution at 264 pixels per inch (ppi). The plus sized tablet is powered by Apple's 64-bit A9X processor, 4GB or RAM, and it is available in 32GB and 128GB storage capacities. It also includes iOS 9 multitasking features, an 8MP iSight camera, Touch ID and four stereo speakers.
MacOtakara didn't mention if any of the iPad Pro accessories, such as the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard, will begin shipping the same week as the tablet, but it is likely.
The iPad Pro and iPad Pro accessories will be available through apple.com, Apple Stores and authorized Apple resellers in November.
