Apple does not list the weight of the Smart Keyboard for the 9.7-inch iPad Pro, but according to the Apple Support forums it weighs 7.8 ounces / 221 grams. Apple claims the Smart Keyboard is created from "an array of new technologies and materials" that gives it a "slim lightweight" design. The Smart Keyboard connects to the iPad Pro via its Smart Connector and it also doubles as a cover. It is available on apple.com for $149.
