Apple doesn't list the amount of RAM in its iOS products. This means we will have to wait until the iPad Pro 2 is released and somebody tears it down to find out how much RAM it contains. The original 12.9-inch iPad Pro is powered by 4GB of RAM. This will most likely remain the same in the second-generation model.
