How to livestream the 90th Academy Awards on your iPad or other Apple devices

The 90th Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, March 4 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, CA. This year there are a variety of ways to watch, including on Facebook via the pages of ABC and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.

Die hard fans can begin their Oscar parties at 6:30 ET/3:30 PT with a livestream of The Oscars: All Access. You can watch the Oscars pre-show on your Apple TV through the ABC News app. Everyone else can just point their browsers to This includes your iPad, iPhone, laptop, PC and so on.

To livestream the actual Oscars on your iPad at 8pm ET (5 PT) you will need a cable subscription and the ABC app, or you can watch directly through Outside the US will need to find what network is hosting the live event here.

This year's host, Jimmy Kimmel, will be joined by a star-studded list of presenters including Gal Gadot, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Gina Rodriguez, Armie Hammer, Mahershala Ali, Chadwick Boseman, Viola Davis, Laura Dern and more.

The Shape of Water leads with 13 nominations, followed by Dunkirk with eight and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri which has been nominated for seven.
